We employed the services of Immersion Marketing for the launch of our Global PC Homebase Megastore. Immersion took care of the end to end management of the launch, from the initial strategy and media placement, through to onsite event management on the day.
The results spoke for themselves, with queues waiting for the store to open, the opening day had our highest ever number of transactions in our 13 years of operation and sales exceeded forecasted budget.
Immersion also setup an e-mail marketing system for us, which has resulted in growth of the customer database by over 15%.
